🥕 Feeding Recommendations
Add 1 part Pink Mash to 2.5–3 parts water (hot or cold). Allow to soak for 5–10 minutes and feed immediately once cool.

  • Moderate–hard work or recovery: 400–600 g per 100 kg bodyweight
  • Hydration boost: Add Pink Mash post-exercise or travel for rapid fluid replenishment
